Boosted Classics Refund Policy
At Boosted Classics, we take great pride in offering unique, made-to-order products. As each item is custom produced, we do not support returns or exchanges for orders where incorrect size, color, or shipping details were provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct information is submitted when placing an order.
However, there are certain situations where a refund may be requested. The eligibility for a refund depends on the status of your order.
1. Order Not Yet Sent to Production:
If your order has not yet been sent to production, we will provide a full refund immediately.
2. After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept refunds unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery (before the order status is marked as "Complete"). Include your order ID number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. You can reach us at info@boostedclassics.com. Upon verification, our team will review the situation and apply the appropriate after-sales policy.
4. Order Cancellation:
Once production has started, you can request a refund by contacting us through info@boostedclassics.com.
